MSOA 061 Title: Burning The Past Duration: 3 Minutes 25 Seconds

Ladies & Gentlemen,

In the name of Almighty, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Peace, Mercy & Blessings of Almighty be upon you.

We can all look backward. Looking back we can find our faults and see our mistakes. When we suffer a loss, we can find more mistakes than ever.

Sometimes the pain of the loss is so great we do not want to play again. However, when we look backward, we strain our necks. When we look backward, quite obviously, we are not looking forward. When we look back we can see the good and wonderful or the bad and the awful.

It makes no difference about what we see when we look backward because looking backward is not what we are supposed to do. What we are supposed to do is look forward. When our life and heart are filled with hope, then looking forward is easy.

When our past has killed our hope, we must reconstruct a vision for our future and leave the past behind. Past hurts, past problems, past defeats, and past obstacles must all be left in the trash bin of the past.

Please pray for peace in the world, I pray for you each day In Almighty’s love & grace. Our Lord The Most Powerful, we love you. We are grateful for our self respect. Our words cannot express our thankfulness and gratitude for what you have done for us all the days of our life, to you we give thanks, glory, and honor this hour. In your love and grace, please help us start a new day with your power.

Aameen.

Key Insight:

We all have the ability to look backward. In the past, we see our faults, mistakes, and losses. Sometimes the pain is so heavy that we no longer wish to try again. Yet when we look backward, we strain our necks, and most importantly, we stop looking forward.

The past can show us the good and the bad, but it cannot give us hope. What we are called to do is look forward. When our hearts are filled with hope, the future becomes clear. When our past has killed our hope, we must rebuild a vision for tomorrow and leave the past behind.

Past hurts, defeats, and obstacles belong in the trash bin of yesterday. To live fully, we must burn the past and walk into the light of Almighty’s promise.

Reflection:

Hope is the fire that consumes yesterday’s pain and lights the path to tomorrow’s joy.
